    • Is the business back to normal now?
    • What was the success of the recovery plans?
    • What did the company learn from the flood and how can these key learning be used to manage floods in the future and any other disasters?

In addition, the workshop will explore how the various departments responded and what was done well and what could be improved for the next major event (not only for a flood), and focus on key areas such as:

  • Notification of the events
  • Communications
  • Planning
  • Decision making
  • Expenditure

  • Stock/Product

  • Supplier management

After the workshop a report with recommendations will be provided, which will give suggestions for any necessary improvements to manage floods and other disasters in the future.
