Special: Flood Response & Recovery Training 2011-2012
Considering the business and social disruption caused by current flooding in the central plains and Bangkok, Coverage is pleased to provide information sessions for business owners and managers to assist get Bangkok and Thailand "back to work". These sessions will help companies begin their response efforts with the aim of quickly developing plans for contingencies and full recovery. A must for all companies either directly or indirectly affected by the floods… as well as those who have not yet been and may still have time to prepare.

Session 1 - Introductory Training Session (400 baht/person)
Introductory information and Q&A session aimed at providing basic information to explain the key ideas and helping companies get moving again. This talk will cover the following and also allow time for questions and answers:
- Crisis Management – key principles and success factors
- Contingency Planning – options, ideas and implementation
- Recovery Planning – key considerations, customer and supplier relationships, staffing and ideas
Session 2 - Full Day Training Session (3,000 baht/person)
All-day information session aimed at business owners and managers who will now be in crisis mode and need some guidance on how to get moving on planning and implementing contingency as well as full recovery plans. This session will cover:
- Basics of Crisis Management - theory and keys to success
- NAS (Notification & Activation System) - getting organised, best team structure for success
- Making Plans and Record Keeping – contingency and recovery plans, how to make an effective plan, keep records & not miss items
- Crisis and Recovery Problems - key factors and common mistakes to watch out for
- Simple Exercise - highlight the process using a generic company
- Making Plans in Action - workshop and assistance for attendees for their specific needs
- Summary and ideas of service providers
